Your child’s day, in your pocket
Meals, naps, activities, mood, and photos — your provider shares the day as it happens, and you see only your own child’s updates. If something happens, you get a proper incident report and acknowledge it digitally.
When your child’s provider runs on daycair, you get a family portal built around one idea: you should always know how your child’s day went and exactly what you’re paying for. Free for families, always — daycair is a Canadian not-for-profit.

Message your provider directly, get announcements (closures, reminders), and keep the whole history in one place instead of scattered texts.
Every invoice shows what government funding (like $10-a-day) covers and exactly what your share is. Pay online by pre-authorized bank debit or card — processed securely by Stripe, never stored by daycair — or however you and your provider already handle it.
Year-end child care receipts for the Child Care Expense Deduction, totalling exactly what you paid — generated by your provider in a click, ready for your return.
Family accounts are invited by your child’s provider — there’s no public parent sign-up, because your portal is tied to your child’s enrollment and only ever shows your own family’s information. Ask your provider for an invite; if they don’t use daycair yet, point them to us — it’s free for them too. Already invited?
